The White Lion 0

Banjos, ukeleles and an Elvis Costello song are just some of the things to look forward to at our upcoming acoustic show on the 31st. Rehearsals have been far too A Mighty Wind to take seriously, so we could be in for an interesting night.

The White Lion is a great little pub, always a friendly atmosphere and never short of a guest ale or two. We’d love it if you could join us for what promises be a lot of fun. And if you need directions, just look for the busted neon sign that flashes “e a oes”!

Weird and wonderful shit… 0

More writing this week. Mixing a child’s glockenspiel with filthy synth bass. Also messing around with the FM8 arpeggiator and coming up with some weird and wonderful shit. Yes, I need to get out of the flat more …

I’m starting to get excited about this next batch of songs. It all feels very loosely us – still epic, melodic and lyrical … but reaching for ever widening spectrums of sound and meaning. So much to explore – we’ve only just scratched beneath the surface.
